The Kroll family is Charlie, Jennifer, and kids Parker and Maisie. We live year-round in Providence, RI but keep this condo in Destin as our vacation home. When we're not using it, we're happy to be able to share it with many new and regular guests who love the beachfront location and water views as much as we do.

We inherited the property from Charlie's mom, Jarrett, who began visiting Destin in 1991. Soon after, she introduced her brother to the area; he fell in love with it and moved there. Then she introduced her mother and she started spending winters there, and eventually moved there year round. Jarrett purchased this condo in 2002 and passed it on to us in 2010 to continue enjoying and sharing with guests, many of whom have been coming year after year.
